CDP CHEF: Neston, The Wirral

• Hours: 48 a week, day off at the weekend, 4 on 3 off
• Pay: circa £37,300 - £38,600 per year

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team and help maintain its reputation for delivering outstanding, fresh, locally sourced dishes.

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a gastro pub, restaurant, hotel, or fresh‑food venue
• Confident running your own section from prep through to service
• Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients and changing menus
• Good understanding of stock control, waste management, and kitchen costings
• Up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP
• Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
• Passionate about food, quality, and developing your career
