The Company Our client is a market leader in the food/drink manufacturing sector. Recent growth has led to their current requirement for a QA/QA Lead. The Role You will be involved with the internal site audits.Food Safety and Quality Management System. Finished Product Specifications and related records. Production record implementation. Maintain and archive record. Control and calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment. Scheduled traceability and mass balance exercises. Present at 2nd 3rd part audits.Product packaging analysis schedule based on risk assessment. Controlled release of product and packaging and their traceability. Supplier approval and performance monitoring. Storage sample management. Shelf-life monitoring. The Person You will ideally hold a Food safety qualification-level 3 or 4 ideally.Must have previous QA experience within the food sector. An awareness and understanding of HACCP and audit exposure will be a definite advantage. Flexibility and a positive can do attitude is essential as the business is fast paced and ever changing.
