The Company you will be working for; MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search to appoint an experienced Service Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, please apply for an immediate response!The Role you will be doing; Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK&Ireland Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns) Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registersKeep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks About You; Excellent organisation and planning skills Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines Confident communicator with a professional phone mannerCustomer-first mindset and a helpful, can-do attitude Strong IT skills : Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus Team player who also works well independently Knowledge of H&S procedures and logistics across the UK&Ireland is a bonus TPBN1_UKTJ
