Designed by Van de Stadt, this Jupiter 30 was built around 1980. It is a competitive cruiser/racer that offers good performance along with a comfortable interior for family cruising.
While she may not be brand new, she has been regularly maintained by her current owner and now presents an opportunity for a new owner! She has also had some upgrades since the photos were taken, including new upholstery and continuous annual upgrades.

Constructed from GRP with a gel coat finish, featuring a blue hull and white deck. It has a fin keel.
Self-draining cockpit.
Interior joinery is in teak and mahogany.
Trim on deck is in teak.
Rudder bearings were replaced in 2017.

Mahogany rubbing strake replaced 2018.

Rudder bearings were changed in 2018.

The saloon is offset to port with a linear galley and nav station to starboard. There is a large aft/quarter berth to starboard, aft of the nav station.
The saloon seating (seats 5-6) converts to a double berth. The heads is located by the companionway on the starboard side and is a good size.
The forecabin features a closing sliding door, with 2 large single berths that convert to a large double berth, along with large hanging lockers on either side.
There is good stowage beneath the v-berth.
The galley includes a gimballed 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, as well as a Russell Hobbs microwave oven. Good storage is available.
Stainless steel sink. The water system provides cold water and is manual. Currently, there is no fridge/coolbox.
Chart table with map reading light and chart storage.
Three large dry food storage lockers under seating in moulded white GRP.
Double skin insulation throughout and Eberspacher heating.
Ventilation ports are present in the main cabin, forward cabin, and heads.

Upholstery replaced in 2017, now white, bringing in a lot more light.

Masthead sloop with slab reefing main featuring lazy lines and stack pack, all new in 2016 by Sketrick.
Furling genoa with Facnor SD150 furling system. UV strip replaced in 2015.
Includes a second genoa and a cruising chute.
Black aluminium mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging and backstay tensioner.
Spinnaker boom.
