Service Administrator, Northern Ireland

Our client, a well-established and growing logistics business based in Mallusk, is seeking an experienced and organised Service / Logistics Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Managing and processing quotations and bookings for UK and Ireland import/export shipments
• Liaising with customers, depots, and transport companies to coordinate shipments efficiently
• Coordinating transport bookings with the transport department
• Preparing and handling transportation documentation
• Monitoring the progress of consignments and resolving any issues that arise
• Ensuring records and shipment information are accurate and up to date
• Dealing with Customs & Excise requirements and related documentation
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships

• Previous experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Knowledge of customs procedures/import-export documentation would be advantageous

• Permanent, full-time position
• Competitive salary circa 30,000
• Monday to Friday working hours
