QA Assistant, Cookstown

Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with their client, a food manufacturing company in Cookstown on the appointment of QA Assistant to join their Quality team.

You will support the Technical Manager in day-to-day quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and company standards.

Key duties:

• Carry out routine quality checks during production
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance
• Complete QA documentation accurately and on time
• Support internal audits and site inspections
• Report and help investigate any non-conformances
• Work closely with production teams to maintain standards

What we're looking for:

• Experience in food manufacturing or QA
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food hygiene/HACCP knowledge beneficial
