Project: 38 units, Private Housing 32no 3&4 bed semi detached ( Timber Frame ) and 6no apartments, High end finish Location: Cookstown Package around£45 - 52k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided. - negotiable for the right candidate Duties to include: - Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget - Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff -Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies - Health&Safety / Risk assessments - Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping Key skills: - 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects.
