Engineering Manager, Corby

Our well-established client is based in Corby, and Barker Ross Group are currently supporting them with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis!

The hours of work will be 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, along with biweekly on call rotation duties.

The salary offered is 65,000 per annum.

You'll be responsible for the Engineering Department and leading a team of Multi Skilled Engineers and so we are looking for someone who has a proven track record as an Engineering Manager as well as being a qualified Engineer with time-served experience,

Key Tasks:-

Line management of a team of multi skilled engineers
PPM and reactive maintenance schedule management
Budget responsibility for the engineering department
KPI metrics and analysis
Continuous improvement and compliance management
Health & safety management of the department

Role Requirements:-

Experienced Engineering Manager
Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
FMCG automated warehouse experience
Ability to produce and present KPI reports and performance metrics
