SEN Education Lawyer Fully Remote Opportunity Rate:£55.00 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Temp - Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Education Lawyer to support a busy local authority legal team within North Northamptonshire on a fully remote basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and education law to join a collaborative and highly regarded team. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of SEN and education law matters Providing legal advice on SEND Tribunal cases, education disputes and related mattersAdvising officers, committees and senior stakeholders on education law issues Drafting legal documentation, witness statements and case papers Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidance Supporting the wider legal team on education-related matters as requiredRequirements: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive Proven experience in SEN and education law Previous local authority experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of SEND Tribunal procedures and education legislation Excellent communication and case management skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment TPBN1_UKTJ
