Maintenance Engineer Corby, Northamptonshire£47,000 £52,000 Overtime @ 1.5x (OTE £60,000) 4 on / 4 off (Days&Nights Rotation) Full-Time Permanent ---------------------------------------- Benefits Salary up to£52,000 Overtime paid at 1.5x (OTE £60k) Shift pattern (4 on / 4 off) Long-term progression opportunities Ongoing training and development 5% employer pension contribution29 days annual leave (including public holidays) Employee benefits scheme (retail, gym&lifestyle discounts) ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities Maintenance&Fault Finding Carry out electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and repairs across automated systems Maintain conveyors, automated storage systems, motors, sensors, control panels and packaging equipment Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime Projects&Continuous Improvement Support equipment installations and commissioning Assist with machinery upgrades and site expansion projects Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency Safety&Compliance Follow site health&safety procedures at all times Maintain accurate engineering records and documentation Team Support Work closely with production teams and engineering colleagues Provide technical support during breakdowns and operational challenges ---------------------------------------- About You Minimum 3 years experience within a manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or automated environmentMulti-skilled engineer, ideally with strong electrical bias Experience with 3-phase systems, PLC-controlled equipment and automation preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to work safely at height when requiredIf sounds of any interest then please get in touch with Joshua at Stirling Warrington. ---------------------------------------- TPBN1_UKTJ
