Sunday Store Assistant, Poole

ROLE OVERVIEW

ThruDark is recruiting a Sunday Store Assistant to support the successful operation of our Unit 4 retail store during busy weekend trading periods.

As part of the retail team, you’ll help deliver a premium customer experience while ensuring the store remains organised, professional and aligned with ThruDark’s brand standards. You’ll work closely with the management team and other store colleagues to provide confident, hands-on support across the shop floor.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys being part of a high-energy retail team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support customers with product queries
• Positively represent the ThruDark brand and values at all times
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Support replenishment and stock organisation throughout the day
• Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
• Assist with customer concerns and queries professionally
• Support the wider team during peak trading periods
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers
• Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
• Passion for retail and customer experience
• Sunday availability essential
