Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Location: Swanland
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
Start Date: Immediate or September 2026

GSL Education are seeking a flexible and supportive SEN Learning Support Assistant to work within a school setting in Swanland.

This inclusive school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and moderate learning difficulties. Staff work collaboratively to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

• Support pupils with SEN across lessons
• Provide small group and 1:1 support
• Assist with interventions and classroom activities
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff

• Experience supporting SEN pupils preferred
• Adaptable and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive and supportive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
