Software Developer - C# .Net, Crawley

C# .Net Software Developer, £55k - £65k + benefits, Crawley Do you have great ideas that get kiboshed, or is there culture for not sharing ideas and listening to every developer? You'll be a C# and .Net developer, as part of wider team of 20 software developers, all with your own focus, ideas and area to work on. Primarily you'll be improving the companies critical systems and applications. Working within a close knit sub team, you will design, build and implement software. Although you'll have autonomy over your work, you'll need to be a team player with a collaborative approach and ability to see 'the bigger picture'. Essential skills include, Strong C# and .Net development, Front End (JavaScript) and good experience and understanding of SOLID (you really need to be able to show demonstratable experience of working to SOLID principles). There are going to be other tech/skills you'll need and learn, but nothing you wouldn't expect to get involved with, within a cutting edge software team.
