Hard Landscape Team Leader, Haywards Heath

Vacancy: Hard Landscaper Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex Salary: £150 a day Hours/Rota: Full time, 8 hour shifts, Monday ? Friday with occasional weekend work if needed Description: You will be leading a small team of 1-2 landscape/labourers to carry out hard landscaping projects. Being part of a reputable company that cover majority of Sussex and are looking to expand. Due to a high demand we are looking to take on a Landscape team leader, pay will be dependent on experience and skillset. You will liaise with clients to build and maintain good relationships. Ensuring health and safety on site is the top priority at all times. Requirements: * At least 5 years of experience within the same industry * Can do attitude & a great work ethic * Confident/experience within project management * Excellent attention to detail * Full UK driving license * Management experience is preferred but not essential * Experience in the following; * Brick & block work, Patios and paths using granite, sandstone, porcelain, limestone * Woodwork including; pergolas, decking, trellis, fencing, cladding * Rendering * Groundworks including basing and drainage * Block paving * Water features & ponds including fibre glassing * Confident in using Diggers & dumpers up to 3tonne+ * Keeping to tight deadlines to ensure all projects are on schedule Benefits: * Company vehicle * Holiday package * Opportunity to grow and develop
