Saturday Viewings/Lettings Negotiator, Haywards Heath

Our client are an Established Lettings Agents and the main area of work will be carrying out viewings with potential Tenants Negotiation of the right property match to the Tenant for the best Market value Confident with the use of Outlook, Word, training given on internal data bases  Assisting with basic web up date and following up of leads Advising tenants and landlords of changes in the letting laws where appropriate (training can be given) Helping with some basic maintenance issues There will be use of a company vehicle during working hours Hours - one day a week guaranteed, during busy times flexibility to increase to additional hours/days Maximum of 3 Saturdays per month required and one week day on the fourth week Saturday hours 9am to 4.00. pm ( you will be paid until 5.30.) Weekday hours 9.00. to 5.30. with a paid 1 hour lunch break
