Summary:
We’re a small, fastâmoving construction office seeking a fullâtime Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant who’s confident with Xero, responsive to requests, and happy to step in wherever needed. If you’re detailâdriven and thrive in a varied role, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and support monthly reporting
  • Manage general office administration, filing, and document control
  • Respond quickly to requests and provide adâhoc support across the office

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Proven experience using Xero
  • Essential: Previous bookkeeping experience
  • A proactive, canâdo attitude and willingness to take on any task
  • Responsive and reliable when handling requests
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and communication skills

  • Salary will be based on experience
