Summary:
We’re a small, fastâmoving construction office seeking a fullâtime Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant who’s confident with Xero, responsive to requests, and happy to step in wherever needed. If you’re detailâdriven and thrive in a varied role, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and support monthly reporting
- Manage general office administration, filing, and document control
- Respond quickly to requests and provide adâhoc support across the office
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: Proven experience using Xero
- Essential: Previous bookkeeping experience
- A proactive, canâdo attitude and willingness to take on any task
- Responsive and reliable when handling requests
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and communication skills

- Preferred office hours 07:30–16:30 (open to discussion)
- Salary will be based on experience
- Experience in construction, whilst not a requirement, would be advantageous.
