Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential. This role requires creativity, patience, and a commitment to student development, ensuring that all learners feel valued and supported in their educational journey.

Duties

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and feedback.
  • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the institution.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering respect and cooperation among students.

Qualifications

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and execution.
  • Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching are crucial attributes for success in this role.
  • Business management qualification .
  • Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment or
  • Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally-Related Achievement or
  • Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or
  • the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
  • Health and social care qualification level 3 , or level 4 , or level 5 .
