Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Technician located in Melsonby. The Architectural Technician will be responsible for creating technical and construction drawings, developing designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and applying expertise in architectural technology. The role involves close collaboration with designers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality outputs in both residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Architecture
• Experience in creating Technical Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with industry professionals
• Relevant qualifications, such as an associate's or bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial property projects is a plus
