About the Role:We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our residential sales team. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with residential customers to introduce and explain our products/services
• Building rapport and establishing trust with potential clients
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Managing and tracking your daily interactions and progress
• Working closely with your team and mentors to improve performance
• Representing the company professionally at all times
