We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Assistant at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Fawsley Hall Hotel is located in Northamptonshire and offers guests a luxurious stay, boasting 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation, it is home to one of the Midlands’ best destination spas and state‑of‑the‑art wellness and health club facilities. Its formal gardens and parkland were sculpted by the renowned architect Capability Brown in the 1760s.

• Ensure guest bedrooms are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard, creating a magical first impression.
• Create a home‑from‑home experience by replenishing each room with fresh towels and toiletries.
• Maintain attention to detail in all public areas and rooms to ensure immaculate surroundings.
• Set up the tea, coffee and biscuit station in rooms and deliver personalised amenities (including for our four‑legged, furry guests).
• Act as an expert in your field, work effectively as a team player, and support colleagues where needed.

• Have housekeeping or cleaning experience and be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, busy environment.
• Take pride in consistently delivering high standards.
• Have a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner to ensure guests are happy.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities, adopting a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver our guest‑experience standards at Hand Picked Hotels, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a high‑quality, personalised and magical experience they recall, recommend and return to time and time again.

• A competitive salary package of £13 per hour, plus a share of service charge.
• A full‑time role (35 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis), hours may vary depending on business needs.
