Hand Picked Hotels was founded in 2001 by owner and Chairman, Julia Hands MBE. We are currently recruiting for a Linen Porter at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guests a luxurious stay, the hotel boasts four AA Red Stars and a two‑AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation Fawsley Hall hosts one of the Midland’s best destination spas and state‑of‑the‑art wellness and health‑club facilities. Its formal gardens and parkland were sculpted by the renowned architect Capability Brown in the 1760s.

• Play a vital support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our housekeeping department; handle, move and organise linen across the hotel to deliver a seamless guest experience behind the scenes.
• Collect, sort, organise and distribute clean and used linen to the relevant areas of the hotel, maintaining linen stores, fully stocked and ensuring all linen procedures are followed to a high standard.
• Attention to detail is key – ensure the public areas and rooms are immaculate.
• Be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

• Have housekeeping or cleaning experience and feel comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, busy environment.
• Take pride in consistently delivering high standards naturally.
• Have a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner as teams work together to ensure our guests receive a memorable experience.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities, adopting a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.
• Demonstrate how you would deliver our guest‑experience standards at Hand Picked Hotels, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a high‑quality, personalised and magical experience they remember, recommend and return to time and again.

• A competitive salary package of £20,280 per year, plus a share of service charge.
• A full‑time role working five days out of seven, including weekends on a rota basis, 30 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
