Here at GXO Daventry we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us at our new M&S site. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 (fixed AM shift) or 14:00 to 22:00 (fixed PM shift).

What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Support inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including receipting, dispatch and general warehouse operations
  • Operate LLOP trucks to move and pick stock safely and accurately, handling products with care and a high level of attention to detail
  • Work efficiently and flexibly to meet daily operational targets and KPIs, both independently and as part of a wider team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area by following all Health & Safety requirements, Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures, while proactively reporting hazards and identifying improvement opportunities
What you need to succeed at GXO
  • Experience of working in a fast‑paced, operational or warehouse environment, with FLT licences an advantage but not essential as full training can be provided
  • A self‑motivated and reliable approach, with the ability to work honestly and with integrity at all times
  • The ability to work safely and accurately, following processes and SOPs with a strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude, with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
