Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary Planning workloads.Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news Maintaining safety standards Training staff and ensuring training is up to date Ensuring that quality standards are upheld Conducting performance reviews Customer liaisonOverseeing business audits Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT.
