Recruitment Resourcer required to work out of our busy Derby Office To assist in generating candidates/workers for warehouse, packing, fork lift truck driving, packing, assembly jobs to local companies. As a Recruitment Resourcer full training will be provided - all we require is people with the right attitude and the passion to succeed. Salary: £9 per hour to start, a permanent position could be available for the right candidate. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday Location: Derby town centreThis is a perfect opportunity for someone to start in the recruitment industry as a Recruitment Resourcer and build their career. For a Recruitment Resourcer duties will require you to Making outbound calls to potential candidates from an existing data base Telephone interviewing people for their suitability for work Booking people in for interview via text and email Confirming interview locations and documentation required Input information in to Excel spreadsheets to allow tracking of applicationIdeal experience will be any previous experience related to the above - including, out bound calling, customer service skills.
