Resident Maintenance Engineer, DE23

The Company: A global FM and property management company. The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services for a commercial facility in Derby. You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric. The Person: It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are fully qualified in an electrical or mechanical trade, preferably electrical. The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00. The Salary: Salary is up to £30,000 + OT + 25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
