Plater Welder - Immediate Start, Derby

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 ph (DOE) My client is a well established manufacturer of Structural steel, looking for a number of experienced Welder/fabricators to join their ever growing structural steel fabrications team. This is a workshop based position. This is an excellent opportunity to join their ever growing team. They are offering a competitive salary, real potential for career progression and job security. There is also optional overtime available on Saturdays (Apply online only). Your duties: -Read and work to CAD produced fabrication drawings. -Position and weld up any plates/cleats etc as indicated on the drawings. The Candidate * Extensive experience in heavy gauge Plating/Welding * Primarily MIG work * Evidence of previous welding training & qualifications * Previous background within the structural steel industry Successful candidates will be required to complete a weld test.
