The school is lovely, and has a reputation for highly performing pupils as well as high quality staff. I have worked with the school for many years to assist with their recruitment needs and have always classed this school as one of the very best to work in, based on the feedback given by staff members that I have arranged to work in the school. The school is based in a pleasant location, with excellent local amenities. Vacancy Details: The role is to work one to one and in small groups with y7 pupils who require further transitional support. There will be an element of behavioural and pastoral support. It is a full time role, initially until the end of the first school term, but with the likelihood of extending into the Spring term as well. Candidate Requirements: To be considered for this vacancy: * You will need to have a L3 TA qualification or above. In absence of a qualification, extensive experience of working as a TA will be required. * You must have a calm and patient approach to working with pupils who can be challenging.
