Technical Facilities Manager, Derby

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Facilities Management company on the Schools contract. The ideal candidate will be a Technically qualified FM with relevant experience in the following: Understanding of PFIs Working in Schools Delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance Programmes Understanding of CDM Budgetary Experience Setting contractors to work Management of Staff Multi site experience Use of CAFM systems Reviewing RAMS Summary of Role: The role of the Facilities Manager is to manage all elements assigned to them in a professional and safe manner. The specific details will vary depending on the nature of the Account and the range of facilities, assets and service lines being managed Establishment and administration of working processes, planned and reactive maintenance regimes, health and safety management and support to the Account commercial team are all key parts of the role. Generally reporting to the Account Manager, the role will involve coordinating internal functions with those of the Customer and suppliers. Qualifications required CSCS: Experienced Technical, Supervisor or Manager Qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH SSSTS or SMSTS Technical qualification Professional Membership: IWFM Membership of a Technical body Interested?
