Employability Tutor - Warehouse and Logistics East Midlands - Derby, Nottingham and Leicester Salaly Range: £22,000 to £25,000 (Negotiable) OVERVIEW We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Employment Coach (Tutor) to join a well respected and successful Training Provider organisation who are passionate about improving the career prospects of their learners. The Warehouse and Logistics Employment Coach will will prepare, teach and assess employability programmes designed to help unemployed indivuals embark on a career in the Warehouse and Logistics sector. The position will involve delivering sessions across East Midlands in the Derby, Nottingham and Leicester Training Centres. This will include... Group delivery of: * Level 1 Certificate in Employability * Principles of Warhousing Supporting Learners with: * CV guidance * Interview support * Roles within healthcare OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE * Will hold a teaching qualification eg AET/ PTLLS or equivalent * Have Health and Social Care sector experience and a relevant qualficiation. * Have the ability to deliver engaging and inspiring sessions to learners of different levels * Be able to motivate and encourage learner participation * Have experience in teaching adult learners JOB ROLE WILL INCLUDE: * Plan and deliver employability / Warehousing sessions in a classroom environment * Prepare and review session plans, schemes of work and teaching and learning materials using initial assessments and marked work to take into account the learners individual needs * Improve learners experience through development of teaching methods and strategies * Prepare learners for examinations to gain the appropriate qualifications * Continually monitor and review learners? progress and support through tutorials * Assist in the writing, design and development of curriculum through planning time and standardisation meetings * To consistently deliver a ?good? or ?outstanding? standard of teaching and learning * Accurately complete all relevant paperwork in line with awarding bodies * Offer IAG on further learning and progression opportunities * Progress candidates onto employment, further education or Apprenticeships * Provide interview skills training in group or one to one sessions * Keep up to date with local labour market * Ensure learners have access to up to date job vacancies * Intensive support for learners with all jobsearch activity * Job match learners to suitable vacancies and placements and liaise with Employer Engagement Team
