Children's Residential Team Leader, Derby

On behalf of my client, we are recruiting for a Children's Team Leader to work in a 4 bedded home within the Derby area. You must have a minimum 1 year in current Job Role This Job opening suits candidates who are qualified (NVQ level 3 In Children and Young People or equivalent) and a minimum 1 Year crisis support experience. You will be required to plan for and understand face to face interventions with young people. To implement strategies by which to engage young people in activities. Supervise and monitor young people whereabouts. Support young people to achieve agreed plans and outcomes of individual care plans and risk assessments etc. Ensure medication is appropriately administered/ audited and recorded. Ensure young people's daily needs are communicated. Have the ability to plan for & lead shift. Have the appropriate planning of shifts. Completion/delegation of tasks and duties. Ensure plans for young people are implemented and achieved. The salary is £10.80 per hour + 6 sleep-ins per month (£45.00 per sleep in) - contracted for 38 hours You must have a full driving license with access to your own transport.
