The Role As a valued member of the Metering team, your key responsibilities will include: Efficiently and accurately installing smart metresInvestigating and resolving non-communicating smart metres Attending emergency and maintenance appointments Promptly restoring gas and electricity supplies when customers require assistance This customer-focused role prioritises safety and service excellence.
