Youll be working across multiple tower blocks, following a proven blueprint, with further phases already planned. Id love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Installation Electrician, or Domestic Electrician , particularly within social housing or residential refurbishment environments.As an Electrician, you will be: Working on full rip-outs and rewires within residential flat conversions Carrying out first fix and second fix electrical installations Installing consumer units and associated distribution equipment Completing multiple board changes (12 per day expected) Installing basic fire alarm systems and TV pointsWorking to programme deadlines across phased block delivery Id love to speak to anyone who has: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Experience in domestic or social housing projects Strong experience with rewires, first fix and second fix Confidence installing and replacing consumer units at paceAbility to work efficiently within a team on a live site The role is offering the following benefits:£26 per hour (approx.) depending on experience Long-term contract with consistent work Opportunity to move into a permanent role after around 13 weeks Established site with ongoing phases of workSupportive team environment on a major project This Electrician role is offering a charge rate of around£26 per hour, depending on experience and setup, with long-term earning potential.
