About the Role A highly respected wealth management firm is seeking an experienced IFA Performance Manager to take ownership of adviser output, development, and commercial success. This is a pivotal role focused on elevating adviser capability, driving revenue growth, and building a best‑in‑class advisory team.You will be responsible for managing a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring they operate at the highest level of performance whilst supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
