Service Manager ? Learning Disabilities, Doncaster Salary 23k-25k plus competitive benefits We are recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee the day to day running of community based services for adults with learning disabilities and autism in and around Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities, assessing and developing care packages, knowledge of all regulatory framework and CQC standards are essential to the role, to ensure all person centred outcomes are met. You must able be able to evidence experience of recruiting and training new staff and working in the sector at supervisory level. Due to the nature of this position, you must have access to your own transport as you will be part of the out of hours team, as well as managing the day to day business. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals aiming for Good and Outstanding CQC results. You must have or be working wowards NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
