PDI Technician, Doncaster

PDI Technician Pay Rate: Up to £150 per day Price Per Unit. Location: Doncaster Logic 360 is a leading recruiter in the automotive industry and currently has a great opportunity for an experienced PDI Technician for one of our major clients in Doncaster. Main Duties of the PDI Technician: Pre-delivery inspections on cars & LCV. Follow manufacturer's specifications in an efficient and productive manner. Ensure PDI vehicle checks are completed to the highest standard. Checking interior and exterior of vehicles. Under bonnet, wheels, mechanical and electrical checks. Basic PDI checks on cars, lights, tyre pressure, mechanical and electrical. Keen eye for detail. Adhere to Health and Safety policies at all times. Skills Requirements: The PDI Technician candidate needs to have mechanical experience either in a garage or bodyshop. Must have previous experience in a PDI role. NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance. Full UK Drivers license. Work Environment: Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm (12 hour shift when busy). New modern workshop. Some tasks may be physically demanding although you will use lifting equipment to move heavy parts. You will be expected to wear safety clothing when using specialized equipment and carrying out certain tasks.
