Your New Role Joining our team as a SMART Repair Technician, you will drive the standard in customer care. You will be required to maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring that all repairs meet or exceed expectations. You will also be responsible for: Preparing vehicles for the used car store Completing paint and dent repairs Repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels What type of person are we looking for? As our ideal SMART Repair Technician, you will have the ability to carry out minor repairs and refinish techniques to metal and plastic panels. You will also have the following skills and experience: Practical application of water-based paint systems and UHS Clear coat products Full UK driving license Customer and Team Communication Skills and Understanding of current Health and Safety legislation applicable to the SMART repair industry Preferably with experience of working to British Standard PAS125 What can you expect from us?
