CRA Consulting is working with a highly regarded high street law firm in Doncaster to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (Grade A).

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with a ready-made caseload, handling complex, high-value claimant PI matters, with a clear and genuine route to Partnership.

• Manage a busy caseload of Grade A personal injury claims
• Handle complex and high-value matters from instruction to settlement
• Advise on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
• Work closely with medical experts, counsel, and stakeholders
• Deliver excellent client care and build strong relationships

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong experience in claimant personal injury (Grade A caseloads)
• Technically strong with complex/high-value matters
• Ambitious and motivated to progress to Partnershipi>
• Able to work independently and within a team

• Hybrid working (1–2 days from home)
• Contributory pension
• Clear pathway to Partnership
• Established caseload ready to inherit
