Electrical Engineer, Doncaster

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation works across various high voltage projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the correrct candidate to progress into a supervisor/ site manager role while gain valuable experiance working on the HV network.

Duties

• Installation of substation earthing/ testing working to earthing designs and customers specifications.
• Modifications and retro fitting of substation high voltage bus bars and clamps.
• Multicore cable installation working to wiring drawings.
• Installation off new high voltage equipment, bus bars and clamps.
• Installation of low voltage monitoring equipment and commissioning.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are essential. This role offers an engaging environment where innovation meets practical application in electrical engineering projects across diverse sectors. • A good understanding of health and saftey and the ability to work safley.
• Hands on experience using power tools and hand tools.
• Full uk drivers licence.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Be able to work away when required.
