Location: Doncaster
Salary: £35,000-£55,000

Working Arrangement: Full-time or Part-time & Flexible working arrangements

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well‑established and respected law firm in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with strong private client experience to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers flexibility and can be undertaken on either a full‑time or part‑time basis. This role will see you work alongside an experienced solicitor with oversight of the department and involve working in a supervisory nature to two paralegals/trainees.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:

• Drafting Wills
• Probate applications
• Estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax and estate planning matters
• General private client advisory work

• Previous experience handling Wills & Probate matters is essential
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A professional and team‑oriented approach
