Classroom Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support. Fixed term, 32.50 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 1.5 inset days (38.30 working weeks). Working hours: 5 days per week, 8:45am – 3:45pm. Start date: as soon as possible. Location: Powerstock CE VA Primary School, Bridport.

• Demonstrate empathy, patience and excellent communication skills.
• Be committed to supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with ASD and ADHD.
• Be a team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive school ethos.
• Support learning activities planned by the class teacher and SENDCO.

• Experience as a teaching assistant or similar role.
• Required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
• Ability to work within a Church of England school environment.

XS10.3 Dorset Grade 5 SCP5-6 – pay award pending.
