An established aerospace manufacturing company in Dorchester is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join its quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aerospace inspection experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections in line with customer specifications and quality standards
• Inspect aerospace components and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Use a variety of inspection and measuring equipment
• Support continuous quality improvement across production

Requirements

• Previous aerospace inspection experience essential
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 quality standards
• Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Experience completing and reviewing FAIR documentation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
