They are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join an expanding Property team due to continued growth.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Leasehold matters
• Act as main client contact throughout transactions
• Liaise with agents, lenders and third parties
• Progress files efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Deliver high levels of client care

About You

• Experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Organised with good time management
• Confident using case management systems
• Professional and proactive approach
