Cleaning Operative, Holywood

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards in a variety of client locations. Your role is vital in ensuring safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments.

Location: Bannatyne's Health Club

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday and Weekends, 40/ 25/ 8 hours per week available

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycle materials where appropriate
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or supply needs
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with the site management and team members

• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not mandatory; comprehensive training provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including possible early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning chemicals is an advantage
