We are seeking dedicated self-employed Milk Samplers to collect individual cow milk samples across the UK dairy sector. The role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and training on the first day.

• Visit farms across the countryside to collect milk samples from individual cows during milking sessions.
• Travel between sites, transport equipment and samples, and manage your own schedule.
• Record relevant data and ensure samples are collected and stored correctly.
• Prepare basic information for reporting to NMR and support farmers with herd‑health insights.

• Valid driving licence and reliable own transport.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Interest in farm life and dairy production.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Payment is calculated per cow based on herd size and is discussed before assignment to farms.
