The Role:Kitchen Assistant

Reporting to:Site Manager

Division:Retail

Shift patterns: 6am -2pm/ 2pm-10pm

16 hours per week

Part Time

Role Overview

As part of our retail operations team, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen outlet by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across food preparation and service.

This role exists to ensure customers receive a positive experience.
Key Deliverables
• Serve customers efficiently and professionally, exceeding expectations
• Support food preparation and maintain cleanliness within the kitchen area
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained
• Follow company policies on health&safety, cash handling, and stock control
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages
• Contribute to achieving site sales targets
• Deliver a welcoming and positive customer experience

What We Are Looking For
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally some retail or food service experience
• Reliable and team-oriented approach
