Our award‑winning Food and Beverage team is at the hub of our business. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced bartender to join our team in The Deck, our outdoor balcony bar overlooking the Old Course.

You will be primarily ensuring the smooth running of the bar, creating exquisite cocktails, serving drinks to order, and supporting the Food and Beverage team within The Deck and Road Hole Bar so they can focus on providing world‑class service to our guests.

• Mixing and presenting a wide variety of cocktails, including classic recipes and original creations with precise measurements and attention to detail.
• Providing knowledgeable drink recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all guests in line with AA 5® red star standards.
• Fulfilling drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Keeping the bar area and glassware clean and regularly stocked.
• Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends.
• Working with the Bar Manager to create new exciting options for our cocktail menu.

• Previous bar/mixology experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge and understanding of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Mixology qualification would be highly desirable but not essential.

Seasonal Full Time, 40 hours. Fixed‑term contract until 31st October 2026.

£28,343 per annum.
