An exciting opportunity to join our award winning Food & Beverage team for the breakfast service has become available. Located in our Road Hole Restaurant with breath taking views of the Old Course, our breakfast service provides an opportunity for our guests to start their day with outstanding service and excellent variety of foods.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way.
• Assist the front server during service with all the necessary tasks.
• Maintain the highest standards of service; restaurant setup and presentation throughout the restaurant.
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us memorable in every way.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual.
• Keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation.You want to be the best and work with the best – learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us.
• A positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
