We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associate for our Conference & Banqueting team in St. Andrews. The role involves delivering exceptional service at small boardroom gatherings and large‑scale events in the Hall of Champions.

• Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Attend to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, committing to resolving issues positively.
• Maintain the highest standards of service; oversee restaurant setup and presentation throughout the venue.
• Interact warmly with guests, providing professional, helpful service and exceeding their expectations.

• Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; well organised and punctual.
• Attention to detail, organised approach, and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• A desire to learn from experts and to share knowledge with the team.
• Positive, "can do" attitude to problem‑solving in a professional and courteous manner.
