Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their busy and growing team in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, confident individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries and speaking with clients over the phone
  • Processing and inputting orders using internal systems (e.g. Sage)
  • Supporting sales activity and general customer service
  • Creating and managing social media content (e.g. Instagram posts)
  • General administration duties to support the wider team
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day to day operations

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a sales, admin or customer service role
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
  • Experience with social media platforms (particularly Instagram)
  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using systems such as Sage
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
