Maintenance Supervisor, Dungannon

Maintenance Supervisor job in Dungannon. Working with a highly innovative and market-leading renewable energy company. They have multiple sites across the UK producing electricity, gas and natural fertiliser from waste. You will have an integral role in leading processes, the team and exciting future site development in a hands-on-based senior role.
Your new role
Leading the maintenance team at this large anaerobic digestion site. You will have oversight of all maintenance activities, KPI's and achievements for this site. Duties include:
-Deliver site safety
-Ensure site SOPs are understood and adhered to
-Lead the maintenance team
-Drive PPM usage across the site
-Must have a preventative maintenance mindset and CMS to compliment the team.
-Project planning and delivery
-Contractors management on site
-CAPEX
What you'll need to succeed
Engineering qualification and experience at a similar level are minimum requirements for selection. In interview the company are looking for people leadership and development skills, also good hands on maintenance experience
